TOKYO — Toyota says it is recalling the brand new Prius in Japan for braking problems. Toyota pronounced it will surprise the Transport Ministry after Tuesday it is recalling the Prius gas-electric hybrid which went on sale final year.

SINGAPORE (Dow Jones)–Asian share markets were churned Tuesday after a U.S. holiday, with monetary bonds down in Seoul and Sydney but higher in Tokyo, and Hong Kong skill bonds anticipating a little buyers.
